When is this regular holiday? Is the regular holiday fixed? Or is it irregular?

Monday is a regular holiday. Previously it was open as a different shop on Monday, but it seems I have not done it now.

Today at 20.00 the restaurant was closed.....

If Monday is a public holiday, Tuesday is a fixed holiday

Is there a parking lot?

There is only one next to the store. There is also a coin parking in front of the store.

Worth the wait for some authentic and delicious ramen. The staff are very nice too and helpful, English menu is available. The oyster ramen was very good with a subtle flavour and the tsukemen I had was really excellent - warm noodles, pork, egg and bamboo on the side with a thick miso ramen dipping broth. Would definitely recommend!

Arrived around 5:30 and there was already a line of about ~10 min wait. It was worth it. This was in the top 2 ramen we had in Japan. Prices are extremely reasonable and the broth was delicious. I highly recommend the red miso.kanpai

I was queuing and it was at least 20 minutes before closing, nobody was behind me. The guy came out and let everyone else in except for me. I felt that was proper unfair and I got the feeling the it was because I'm not Asian, this people treat you different. I found it very racist!

The ramen broths are nice, i recommend the spicy one, its not that spicy. The pork slice is quite thick not really my 1st preference but still okay for me. Price wise standard, not as expensive as ichiran.

Be ready to wait in queue as the place is quite popular among the locals. The ramens however are really worth the wait and they are not pricey.

Hands down, this is the best ramen we've had when we were in Japan. The combination of yuzu orange, thick pork slices, and the miso soup are divine. The service was really good too. We had long queue line outside (as expected as it was dinner time) and it was raining, but then the young lady inside lent us their umbrella. How sweet and considerate of her. Thank you :)

One of the best ramen I had JapanWe were staying in the hotel across the street and had no idea about this place. There were two reasons we've decided to try it1) The hotel was pretty lame (you can see the review in my profile)2) There was always a line in this place, and you learn pretty quickly that if you a line of locals, probably there is a good reason for it. And, boy was #2 correct. Rich taste, great noodles, absolutely delicious ramen. No matter what you pick, it's incredible. Describing a delicious meal over text is hard. Just go there. Be ready to wait in line approx 40-50 min.

Love their tsukemen, although the most populer dish here is their black ramen. My GF really loves their black ramen. The part that i love the most is it’s cha shu, it doesn’t look good at first because there’s some raw parts but after you dip it to it’s broth and chew it famn that’s the best cha shu i’ve ever taste

Ramen is good, no matter miso ramen or black ramen, although the soup is quite of thick and salty. In addition, you should have some patience because you may line up and wait for at least 30 minutes at the peak of dinning time.

Great ramen! I’ve lived in Japan for almost 30 years and eaten thousands of bowls of ramen and this is near the top of the list. Try and arrive 15 mins before lunch or dinner opening or you’ll be waiting in line for a while.

As the internet say, their miso is legendary, u should try it the miso ramen and if u re fan of spicy can choose the spicy ramen like i ate. They also give a fruit juice to compansate the salty miso soup and bubble gum for refreshing your mouth

Cozy local place, we were the only foreigners. Great value for the price. If you want to taste something than regular ramen, go for Tsukemen or Squid Ink ramen. English menu available. Cheerful staff.

Great ramen and tsukemen! We tried the black and the red varieties. Both excellent, though personally I found the "red" not to be very spicy at all. The spice used in it is a bit overpowering, rather than adding heat. I would simply recommend the classic miso or the one with squid ink. Their menu was updated with slightly higher prices compared to what I found here beforehand, but it's still laughably cheap for a full meal.

Good tasting ramen, although the noodles were too thick and hard for my liking. Soup is a little salty at least for me. The pork comes with a smoked flavour, different from the other ramen I have tried. Generally a good bowl of ramen.

I'm from Vancouver, and we're pretty spoiled when it comes to good ramen, but this was easily one of my top places for miso ramen. It's certainly earned its reputation. We got there at around 6pm on a Friday evening and were seated right away. The broth was very rich and the noodles were firm. The yuzu flakes on top were a nice touch as well. Highly recommended!

- Update - Had their black (squid ink) ramen but seems like their Tsukemen trumps their soup noodles...Nothing to fault on their Tsukemen style ramen - miso dipping sauce was intensely rich, noodles were soft yet chewy, pork slices were tender & flavourful!

I enjoyed the squid ink broth, it was hot and full of umami taste but the noodels were a bit hard and it was slightly too salty. My wife was much more critic concerning the meat comlaining it came too cold and that we waited some time for the serving to come out.overall ok

Their miso ramen is so good! Best food to eat during rainy days. No need to add condiments because the base is so rich and tasty. I recommend the Red Miso Ramen who loves the kick of spicy foods. I would definitely come back to Kanazawa city when I am craving for some good ramen. ❤

Small outlet with 13 seats. Waited for ard 15min outside the shop. Didn't take too long for the ramen to arrive once we were allocated the seat. Tried all 3 soup base. The ramen and broth is good. Comparable to some of the famous brand in my opinion. Some might find the meat slightly tough to Chew. I will come back again.

One of the best places for miso ramen. Tried the black miso ramen (squid ink with miso) and red miso ramen (fried chili paste with miso). Both are spectacular especially the red miso which is definitely a great winter warmer. Only have 13 seats in the shop. We waited around 40 minutes outside with around 20 pax in front of us queuing. Definitely a must-go if you are in the area.

Miso ramen is fantastic! Get the extra toppings which include an egg, extra meat, and extra menma. The meat is very thick and has beautiful smoky flavor. The miso tsuke-men comes with spectacular noodles but the broth is a little clumpy. Make sure to get the Kanazawa Yuzu soda!!!!!
